Privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the public marketing sites operated under the MCV network brand (including MCV.TECH). It does not cover authenticated operator consoles, payment processors, or customer production data, which are governed by separate agreements and system policies.

What we collect on this site

• Contact and access requests — name, work email, organization, role, and the message you choose to send (via the contact-desk forms or the access path).
• Technical logs — standard web server and edge logs (IP, user agent, path, timing) needed to operate and secure the site.
• Analytics (optional) — only when you accept analytics cookies / consent; disabled when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is present.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provision access evaluations, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use marketing-site forms as a dark-pattern lead factory.

Sharing

Processors that host the site, email, and consented analytics may process data on our behalf under contract. Enterprise production data paths (multi-brand isolation, residency options, subprocessors) are described in diligence materials on request — not invented as public badges here.

Retention & rights

Inquiry mail is retained as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, or objection. Contact the trust desk via Contact or the email published on that page.

Expansion checklist (counsel)

• Legal entity controller name, registered address, and DPO / privacy contact.
• Jurisdiction-specific sections (GDPR, CPRA, PIPEDA, etc.) and lawful bases.
• Cookie schedule + preference center beyond analytics consent.
